1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and fbvip124 ("fbvip124," "we," "us," "our"). 3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with fbvip124. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify fbvip124 promptly of any changes.

fbvip124 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. As part of this process, you may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, driver's licence, PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of registered address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months)

Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. fbvip124 reserves the right to withhold funds pending KYC completion where there is reasonable cause to do so.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All transactions on the fbvip124 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). fbvip124 does not apply foreign exchange conversion to player balances.

Deposits: fbvip124 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes. fbvip124 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as dormant. fbvip124 may deduct a monthly administrative fee from the dormant account balance. Players will be notified by email before any such deduction begins.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fbvip124 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback awards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal of any winnings derived from the bonus is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed upon expiry.

• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, exploitation of offer terms, or coordinated play — will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and may lead to account suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the fbvip124 platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published on individual game information pages. fbvip124 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a live session, fbvip124's decision on the outcome of that particular round shall be final. Where a malfunction prevents the determination of a legitimate outcome, fbvip124 may void the bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in charge-backs or reversing payment transactions after receiving goods or services

8. Account Suspension & Termination

fbvip124 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable belief that these Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or applicable law or regulation requires such action.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting fbvip124 support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any verified account balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fbvip124 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, such balance may be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fbvip124's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

fbvip124's collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data is governed by the fbvip124 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
